Moi Obsession was founded by Arra Gomez in 2007, beginning with a simple passion for beautiful luxury pieces and a vision to bring authentic pre-owned luxury closer to clients across the Philippines.
Our journey began during the early days of online selling, when platforms such as OLX, AyosDito, Facebook, Carousell and eBay became part of our everyday business. As technology evolved, some of these platforms eventually changed or disappeared.
But Moi Obsession continued to move forward.
For nearly two decades, we have continued to curate and sell guaranteed authentic pre-owned luxury pieces, serving thousands of clients across the Philippines and even internationally.
Our journey has never been limited to one platform. It has always been about the people who trusted us, the pieces we’ve carefully curated, and the relationships we’ve built along the way.
A New Chapter
Our original Facebook account, which had been part of our journey since the early years of Moi Obsession, was recently deactivated.
It was more than just a social media account. It represented years of memories, conversations, client connections, and the history we built online.
Losing it was difficult — but it will not stop Moi Obsession.

Refund Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. Refund requests for pre-owned luxury goods are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
If you believe an item is fake or inauthentic, a refund may be accepted only when the item is proven inauthentic by a qualified third-party expert authenticator, such as Dr. Runway, B101revue, or Legit Grails. Verbal-only authentication will be accepted. A written report, certificate, screenshot or other official documentation from the authenticator must be provided with your refund request.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with original tags, packaging, and included accessories intact. Refunds are processed after the returned item and authentication documentation have been reviewed. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing inclusions may not qualify. Shipping fees, authentication fees and other applicable charges are non-refundable.

Pre-Owned Luxury, Sold As Presented
At Moi Obsession, most of our pieces are pre-owned and are offered at carefully considered prices, often at significantly lower prices than comparable retail or current market prices.
Because of the nature of pre-owned luxury items and our bargain pricing, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, sizing preference, minor signs of use, or personal preference.

We make every effort to provide clear and detailed photographs, videos, descriptions, measurements, condition notes, and relevant product information for every item.
Please carefully review all available information before placing your order.
If you would like additional photos, videos, measurements, or details about an item's condition, please send us a private message before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional information whenever possible.
Third-Party Authentication
For clients who would like additional peace of mind, third-party authentication is available upon request.
If you would like to have an item authenticated by an independent third-party authenticator, please send us a private message before completing your purchase so we can arrange the authentication for you.
Please allow us up to 24 hours to arrange and submit the item for the requested authentication service.
Third-party authentication fees and charges are not included in the item price and are payable by the client. Fees vary depending on the authenticator selected and their current pricing.
We are happy to assist in coordinating the process and providing the requested authentication certificate once available.

Processing & Dispatch
Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer
For orders paid through bank deposit or bank transfer, we normally dispatch your item within the same day that payment is confirmed, whenever courier cut-off times and circumstances permit.
Credit Card Payments
For orders paid by credit card, please allow up to 3 business days before dispatch. This additional processing time allows us to complete the necessary payment verification and security checks before releasing the item for shipment.
